What we collect
Your name and email (to run your account), your course purchases and progress (to deliver what you bought), and any journals, reflections, quiz answers, or comments you write here. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessarycookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no analytics cookies — which is why you don't see a cookie banner here.
Your private work
Journal and reflection entries are private to you by default. They become visible to your teacher only if you switch an entry to "shared". You can flip that back at any time.
Emails
We send transactional email (receipts, sign-in links, course updates) and occasional announcements from Soul Tranquility Healing. Every announcement tells you why you received it.
Your rights
Download everything we hold about you from your account page ("Download my data"). To correct or delete your data, contact us and we'll action it promptly.
Who processes your data
Soul Tranquility Healingruns on the AFA GP platform. Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, video, payments, email delivery) are listed on the platform's subprocessors page. Your data is never sold.
